Our Staff
Our staff includes three (3) Professional Land Surveyors with over 95 years combined experience, and a Professional Forester, together with technicians, draftsmen, and clerical support.
Our professional land surveyors are all members of the Maine Society of Land Surveyors, and the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping (NSPS). Alfred Coulombe is a past president to the MSLS, and past chairman of the Maine State Board of Licensure for Professional Land Surveyors.
All survey work is performed by our professional land surveyors is in accordance to standards of the State of Maine Board of Licensure for Professional Land Surveyors and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

Peter’s professional career includes more than 40 years of experience in the surveying field. He is currently responsible for the activities of the firm’s survey crews.
The wide range of Peter’s experience includes subdivision layout, road design, boundary retracement surveys, topographic surveys, construction layout, control surveys for photogrammetric mapping and sounding. Peter has also testified as an expert witness in court, and is sought by local attorneys to evaluate and provide opinion on conflicting boundary surveys.

Mike has been working in the surveying field since 1976. He has an extensive experience at all levels of surveying from rodman to instrument technician to field chief to Project Manager. Mike has been responsible for the activities of several field crews working simultaneously.
As a past member of the Education Committee of the Maine Society of Land Surveyors, Mike served on the committee responsible for the development and coordination of professional seminars. Mike has also been an instructor of a surveying courses taught through Southern Maine Technical College. Currently, Mike is a member of the Land for Saco’s Future Committee.
A lifelong learner, Mike has attended numerous seminars and courses dealing with issues such as advanced boundary law, subdivision law and land use planning, GPS, GIS computer applications, roads and easements, and case studies.
Mike’s experience includes boundary and land title surveys, subdivision design and layout, road design and layout, topographic site surveys, construction layout, horizontal and vertical control surveys for photogrammetric mapping, and land records research and analysis. Mike has also testified as an expert witness in court.
